- CCTV Footage: For security purposes, we use CCTV at our premises, retaining footage for up to 4 weeks. Access is restricted to management.
- Social media: Details such as your name or email address if you interact with us on platforms like Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn.
- Promotions and surveys: Information provided when participating in promotions, surveys or market research.
- Employment applications: Information provided during job applications, including contact details, qualifications and work history.
We do not currently collect data from website users or use cookies or online tracking tools.

We use the personal information we collect to:

Personal information is processed through Xero, our accounting and order management system, which securely stores data on servers hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the United States.
Sharing and International Transfers
Cityscape Design & Print does not share personal data with overseas partners or third parties outside the scope of service providers such as Xero. We ensure that any data transfers comply with the Privacy Act and APPs.
Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from unauthorised access, misuse, or loss, including secure physical and electronic safeguards.
In the unlikely event of a data breach, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner as required.
Email Marketing and Opt-Out Options
We comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and include an unsubscribe option in all marketing emails. Alternatively, customers can email us at info@cdponline.com.au to request removal from our mailing list.
